Operating out of a small office with inventory stored in an adjacent trailer, Keson became a vital resource to professional tradespeople and contractors. The business plan was simple: Outstanding service is just as important as outstanding products.

Almost five decades later, we are still family owned, and that idea is still our guiding principle. We’ve grown because our service meets the same exacting standards as our products.

Warranty information: All warranties are against defects in material and workmanship only. Unless specifically designated as Limited Lifetime or 2-year, all merchandise is warrantied for one year. Keson reserves the right to impose reasonable limitations based on excessive wear, abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, or lack of reasonable care of any product. Level vials are protected against breakage, fog, leak or inaccuracy under normal use. Vials damaged due to extreme external influences (e.g. welding, excessive heat) are not covered under warranty. Bent or damaged level frames void warranty. Merchandise claimed defective must be returned, transportation charge prepaid, for our inspection and decision.

Returns: All returned merchandise must have prior written authorization. Call us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise returned without an authorization number will be refused. RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping package.
