Keson Freshens Up PowerGlide Pocket Tape Lineup
Tool manufacturer updates look of popular PowerGlide pocket
tapes while introducing nine all-new tape measure products
AURORA, IL and SAN ANTONIO, TX, November 13, 2011 – Keson
Industries, a leading supplier and manufacturer of innovative, high-quality,
measuring and marking tools, today began introducing new product packaging for
all 26 pocket tapes in the PowerGlide line-up, including nine all new products
featuring significant enhancements like stainless steel blades, magnetic blade
tips and extra-wide tape blades.
Keson’s PowerGlide pocket tapes are well-respected for their
quality and durability, having served professional tradespeople for more than a
dozen years. With nine new pocket tapes being offered, the company now offers
19 Standard
Series pocket tape models, five Rubber
Grip Series pocket tapes and two Pro
Series pocket tapes, which all feature at least a 1” wide blade,
positive blade lock with reverse button and a bumper blade to cushion the hook
impact upon return.

New Pocket Tapes Introduced
Keson has introduced nine all new nylon-coated pocket tapes,
including the 25-ft. and 30-ft. Pro Series PowerGlide pocket tapes that now
have stainless steel housings and two of the new 25-ft. Standard Series
PowerGlide pocket tapes that now come with stainless steel blades and housings.
Also, three other 25-ft. Standard Series PowerGlide pocket
tapes are available:

The PG1825AL features an auto-lock
which enables the blade to hold any length without having to press a blade lock
button
·
The PG1825MAG features a strong
magnetic tip
·
The PG1825WIDE comes with a 1 3/16”
wide blade, allowing the blade to stand out past nine feet without bending.
Each of the seven new PowerGlide Pocket Tapes will also
feature color-coded product packaging to allow the products to quickly stand
out in store displays. The new packaging will be introduced steadily over the
next few months.
